As such, and in application of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we communicate below the conditions under which your personal data is processed by us.

Your data is kept for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above. The retention period for Customer personal data depends on the purpose concerned. In this context, Customers' personal data is kept for the time necessary to fulfill their request. In the absence of any commercial realization, personal data is deleted within the timeframes recommended by the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL), i.e., at the end of a three-year period from its collection.

This applies subject to: legal archival options and obligations; obligations to retain certain data for evidentiary purposes, and/or the anonymization thereof. The Customer's personal data collected and processed for the purposes of executing offers is kept for the duration necessary to manage the contractual relationship. By way of derogation, personal data required to establish proof of a right or a contract is archived in accordance with legal provisions (5 or 10 years after the end of the commercial relationship, depending on the case).

Who are the recipients of your data?

Your personal data is solely intended for PubliNetworks SASU.

Our internal services: It is processed by the staff of our various departments, such as the sales department or the department in charge of IT security.

Trusted companies or individuals: They process your information on our behalf for the purposes set out above, in accordance with our instructions, in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Technical subcontractors: Personal data concerning you may be transferred to our technical subcontractors (within the meaning of Article 4.8 of the GDPR) in a strictly regulated manner. In the event of a transfer, we ensure that subcontractors strictly comply with the GDPR and take all necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee data protection (Art. 28 of the GDPR).

These providers include traffic analysis services (like Google Analytics), customer service / chat (like Intercom), CRM management (like HubSpot), payment providers (like Stripe), email messaging (like Mailjet or SendGrid), content delivery networks (like Cloudflare) or advertising networks (like Google Ads).

Collected Customer personal data is hosted in France, Switzerland, and the United States for certain types of data processed by Google LLC, notably via certain contact email addresses. In the event of using a provider located outside the European Union, we commit to verifying that contractual clauses or appropriate measures have been put in place so that your data benefits from an adequate level of protection.

How does PubliNetworks SASU preserve the security of your data?

We implement all organizational and technical measures to ensure an appropriate level of security for your personal data, and in particular to avoid any loss of confidentiality, integrity, or accessibility:

We perform frequent data backups;
As far as possible, we limit access to personal information only to individuals who have a strict need to process it;
We ensure that third parties guarantee the same level of regulatory protection for said personal data;
